Renovation of ZP School Rawtalpada, Vikramgad

Hidush Foundation carried out school infrastructure renovation and development at the Zilla Parishad school in Rawtalpada, Vikramgad taluka, Palghar district, with the generous support of Inox Air Products Private Ltd.

The work included a new roof for the school building, and the repair and renovation of the classrooms, office, corridor, kitchen room and boundary wall. The toilets and the hand wash area were renovated, and the classrooms were tiled.

The entire school, the kitchen room and the toilets were painted inside and out, with educational artwork in the classrooms, on the school premises and on the outer walls. The school also received TV sets for its classrooms, a new borewell for water supply, a solar system, and a garden and farm area.
