Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Hidush Foundation, we value the trust and support of our donors, partners, and well-wishers. Every contribution made to us is used to support our programs in education, health, nutrition, infrastructure, and environment.
1. Donations
All donations made to Hidush Foundation are voluntary, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Once a donation is received, it will be used for charitable purposes and cannot be returned.
Donors are responsible for providing correct information (such as name, email, address, PAN, etc.) at the time of donation.
2. Duplicate Donations
In case of accidental or duplicate donations, donors may contact us at hidushfoundation@gmail.com within 7 working days of the transaction.
After verification, we may refund or adjust the extra donation amount.
3. Failed / Fraudulent Transactions
If a donation is deducted from your bank account but does not reflect in our records, please write to us at hidushfoundation@gmail.com with the transaction details.
We will coordinate with the payment gateway/bank to resolve the issue.
4. Event / Program Contributions
Contributions made towards specific events, sponsorships, or campaigns are non-refundable.
5. Tax Exemption Receipts
Donations eligible under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act will be acknowledged with an official receipt.
In case of refunds (only applicable in rare, verified cases like duplicate donations), the issued 80G receipt will be deemed invalid.
