Successful Beach Cleanup on Gandhi Jayanti

Hidush Foundation, a non-profit organization, recently collaborated with Rotaract Club, Mumbai Sky City, and Clean Me Madh Island group to conduct a beach cleanup exercise at Silver Beach, Madh Island, Mumbai, on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti.

The initiative was a huge success, with a large number of volunteers showing up to clean up the beach. The beach cleanup exercise was aimed at creating awareness about the importance of keeping the beaches clean and free from plastic waste. Volunteers were provided with gloves, masks, and garbage bags to collect the litter. The collected garbage was then segregated and sent for recycling.

Hidush Foundation has been working towards environment conservation and has been conducting various activities to create awareness about the harmful effects of plastic waste on the environment. The organization believes that small steps towards conservation can bring a positive change in the environment.

The collaboration with Rotaract Club, Mumbai Sky City, and Clean Me Madh Island group was a step towards expanding the impact of the initiative and reaching more communities.

Hidush Foundation is grateful to all the volunteers and donors who came forward to support the cause and hopes to continue the momentum in the future as well.
