About Us
Hidush means India. It is the oldest name (c. 486 BC) given to India. Hidush means renewal. The values of rebirth and renewal form the very soul of Hidush; to recover what has been lost, to protect what we have, and to secure the future.
Hidush Foundation, established in 2015, is a registered NGO under Section 8 of the Companies Act (U74900MH2015NPL26627) with a vision to enable underprivileged children to achieve their aspirations and dreams by facilitating quality infrastructure, providing access to value education, and nurturing their health.
We are registered with MCA for undertaking CSR activities, and the registration number is CSR00001560. We are also registered with NGO Darpan portal maintained by Niti Aayog, Government of India, and have been issued Unique ID no MH/2017/0156822. Donations made to Hidush Foundation are eligible under Section 80G of The Income Tax Act.

A practicing Chartered Accountant and
Chartered Secretary with 30 + years of
industry and consulting experience.
Rishi has excellent knowledge of Investment
Banking, Corporate Laws, Project Funding
and IPO Management.
Equipped with a PG Diploma in Business
Management from Auckland New Zealand,
Rishi has been successfully guiding
entrepreneurs to fulfil their Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR). This experience
catalyzed his interest in social work.
Sujatha Rajashekar
Certified by the Yoga Institute in Santacruz, Mumbai, she excels as a Yoga Teacher. Her teaching extends to schools and the local community, emphasizing her commitment to sharing the benefits of yoga. Through formal training, she contributes to well-being in both educational settings and the broader neighborhood.
Nirav Vaghela
Nirav, a Chartered Accountant, is a highly motivated professional with expertise gained from J.P. Morgan. His background uniquely prepares him to efficiently handle various financial projects and assignments, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in financial management.
Suhas Prabhu
Suhas is a seasoned professional with 23 years of experience in pharma and financial industry. He holds M. Pharm. and MMM degrees from Mumbai university. He has rich experience of sales, marketing and project management, leading large teams and has worked with Wockhardt, Alkem Laboratories and HDFC Life.
