Mega Beach Cleanup Drive at Dana Pani Beach, Malad

A Mega Beach Cleanup Drive was organized at Dana Pani Beach, Malad West, Mumbai, on March 1, 2026, as part of the CSR initiative of SICK India Pvt. Ltd. The activity brought together volunteers, students, and partner organizations to participate in a collective effort to clean and protect the coastal environment.

The cleanup drive was implemented through a collaboration between Hidush Foundation, Keep Hope Alive Foundation, and the Rotaract Club of Mumbai Sky City. The initiative also received support from Ladhidevi Ramdhar Maheshwari Night College, Vidya Vikas Universal College, and Patkar Varde College, whose students and members actively participated in the activity.

Volunteers worked together to collect and remove plastic waste and other debris from the beach area. Such activities help create awareness about environmental responsibility and encourage community participation in maintaining clean public spaces.

This collaborative effort reflects the importance of partnerships between corporate organizations, non-profits, and educational institutions in addressing environmental concerns and promoting sustainable practices in urban coastal areas.
