Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hidush Foundation, we value the trust and support of our donors, partners, and well-wishers. Every contribution made to us is used to support our programs in education, health, nutrition, infrastructure, and environment.

1. Donations

  • All donations made to Hidush Foundation are voluntary, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

  • Once a donation is received, it will be used for charitable purposes and cannot be returned.

  • Donors are responsible for providing correct information (such as name, email, address, PAN, etc.) at the time of donation.

2. Duplicate Donations

  • In case of accidental or duplicate donations, donors may contact us at hidushfoundation@gmail.com within 7 working days of the transaction.

  • After verification, we may refund or adjust the extra donation amount.

3. Failed / Fraudulent Transactions

  • If a donation is deducted from your bank account but does not reflect in our records, please write to us at hidushfoundation@gmail.com with the transaction details.

  • We will coordinate with the payment gateway/bank to resolve the issue.

4. Event / Program Contributions

  • Contributions made towards specific events, sponsorships, or campaigns are non-refundable.

5. Tax Exemption Receipts

  • Donations eligible under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act will be acknowledged with an official receipt.

  • In case of refunds (only applicable in rare, verified cases like duplicate donations), the issued 80G receipt will be deemed invalid.
